  The Basement Watchdog BWT series of sump pumps (Models BWT050, BWT075) are built with a cast-iron volute for strength and an aluminum body for quicker, more effective cooling, which extends the life of the pump.
  

• PUMPING POWER:

  The ½ HP (Model BWT050) in the Basement Watchdog BWT series of sump pumps moves an impressive 4,100 GPH at a 0' height (2,770 GPH at a 10' height), and the ¾ HP (Model BWT075) handles 5,300 GPH at a 0' height (3,630 GPH at a 10' height).
  

• DUAL FLOAT SWITCHES—TWICE THE PROTECTION:

  The Basement Watchdog BWT series (Models BWT050, BWT075) features a caged, micro-reed Dual Float Switch. We introduced this technology, proven reliable in other uses for over 50 years, to the pump industry and improved it by including two floats. Simply stated: if one is good, two is better.

  The Basement Watchdog BWT sump pumps, part of our Professional line, come in ½ HP (Model BWT050) and ¾ HP (Model BWT075). Built with a cast-iron volute and an aluminum body for faster, efficient cooling, they feature a water-cooled, energy-efficient PSC motor with upper and lower ball bearings and triple motor seals, making the pumps continuous duty and long lasting. The BWT sump pumps include the top-of-the-line Caged Dual Float Switch.
