Quick choosing guide

  1. Freeze line & length: pick a freezeless wall hydrant with a stem length that extends past the heated wall.
  2. Backflow protection: choose anti-siphon/vacuum-breaker models where code requires.
  3. Connection type: match your plumbing—sweat/PEX/CPVC/FNPT—and confirm rough-in depth.
  4. Use case: select key-operated or box hydrants for public areas; hot/cold mixing for washdown stations.
