Bomba sumergible
Submersible pumps move water (and, when rated, solids) right from the source—pits, basins, crawl spaces, window wells, and lift stations. Shop clear-water utility pumps for cleanup, sump/effluent pumps for basements and septic dosing, and solids-handling sewage or grinder pumps for bathrooms and lift stations.
Shop by type
- Utility / dewatering: clear water, flood cleanup, covers & window wells; low-level “puddle” options available
- Sump: basement/crawl space drainage; vertical or tethered float control
- Effluent: septic dosing and gray water; many handle up to 3/4" solids
- Sewage (solids-handling): 2" solids rating for residential lift stations
- Grinder: macerates waste for long runs or small-diameter force mains
- Packages & basins: pre-assembled simplex/duplex systems, basins, lids, checks, and alarms
Quick choosing guide
- Define the job: cleanup → utility; basement → sump; septic dosing → effluent; toilet waste → sewage or grinder (for long runs/high head).
- Size by GPM & head: estimate total dynamic head (vertical lift + friction). Pick a pump whose curve meets your required GPM at that head.
- Solids rating: choose 3/4" for effluent, 2" for sewage; grinders list head rather than solids size.
- Power & discharge: verify voltage (115/230V), amperage, and discharge size (1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2").
- Control: automatic (float/diaphragm) for pits; manual for spot pumping; add alarms for protection.
- Materials: cast-iron or stainless for longevity/heat dissipation; thermoplastic for lighter duty.

Pro tips: Use a check valve on every discharge and drill a weep/relief hole on sump installs if the manual calls for it. Keep floats clear of cords and walls, set the pump on a flat paver (not mud), and add a high-water alarm for peace of mind. For sewage/grinder basins, use gas-tight lids and vent per code.
