Brilliance Legacy MR16 5W LED Landscape Lamp

Brilliance Legacy MR16 5W LED Landscape Lamp

Brand: Brilliance LED
SKU family: MR16-LEGACY-5 (select color temperature and beam angle)

Product Overview

Give a landscape focal point more definition with a 5W MR16 lamp that offers 500–545 lumens, depending on color temperature. Choose a fixed beam to suit the width of the feature, then match the white light to the surrounding landscape.

Key Features

• 5W LED with 500–545 lumens, depending on color temperature.
• Fixed 15°, 30°, 60°, or 120° optics for different coverage needs.
• 2700K, 3000K, and 5700K white-light options.
• Greater than 90 CRI for clear color rendering.
• 8–25 VAC/DC operating range for compatible low-voltage systems.
• Dimmable design and three-year manufacturer warranty.

Common Uses

Use in compatible MR16 landscape fixtures to accent planting beds, garden features, and architectural details. Narrow beams suit smaller targets; wider beams spread light across broader surfaces. Fixture placement and distance also affect coverage.

Dimensions

Manufacturer drawing: 1.95-inch (49.5 mm) diameter and 1.6-inch (41 mm) lamp-body height. The height callout excludes the protruding pins. Check socket and lens clearance before ordering.

Compatibility & Installation Notes

Confirm an MR16 bi-pin socket, adequate clearance, and a compatible low-voltage transformer. Account for 5.4 VA per lamp when planning the load, along with other connected lamps. Verify dimmer compatibility before replacing an existing lamp. Disconnect power before installation.

The current Legacy cut sheet specifies damp locations and totally enclosed luminaires. Keep the lamp in a suitable protective fixture; do not use it underwater. The beam angle is fixed and is not an interchangeable-optic selection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which beam angle should I choose?

Choose 15° for a narrow highlight, 30° for a broader spot, 60° for wider coverage, or 120° for a broad wash. Each lamp has a fixed beam, so select the angle before ordering.

How do the three white color temperatures differ?

2700K gives a warmer appearance, 3000K provides a slightly less warm white, and 5700K gives a cool daylight appearance. Match existing lamps when expanding a lighting system.

How bright is the 5W Legacy MR16?

The 5W lamp is rated at 500 lumens in 2700K, 515 lumens in 3000K, and 545 lumens in 5700K. Choose color temperature and beam angle together to suit the feature.

Will it work in my low-voltage landscape fixture?

Check that the fixture accepts an MR16 bi-pin lamp and has enough clearance. The Legacy operates at 8–25 VAC/DC and is dimmable with compatible controls. Use it in a suitable damp-location fixture; IP61 does not mean submersible.

Why Buy from Big Frog Supply?

Choose the 5W Legacy for a stronger accent than the 4W lamp while keeping the load to 5.4 VA per lamp. The 500–545 lumen output and choice of four fixed beams help you balance brightness and coverage for garden features and architectural details.
