The Hunter NODE400 is a four-station battery-operated irrigation controller for remote valve locations where AC power and conventional controller wiring are unavailable. Its waterproof enclosure is designed for installation in or near a valve box, allowing four compatible DC-latching solenoids to be controlled from one compact unit.
The controller supports three independent programs with four start times per program and station run times up to six hours. Manual operation, programmable off, seasonal adjustment, and Solar Sync compatibility provide flexible scheduling for gardens, medians, isolated planting areas, drip zones, and temporary irrigation systems.
NODE400 is the controller-only configuration. Valve solenoids are not included. One or two 9-volt alkaline batteries and up to four compatible 9–11 VDC latching solenoids are required. Standard 24 VAC valve solenoids will not operate from this battery controller.
