Chronomite 120V SR Series tankless water heaters are compact point-of-use electric water heaters for sinks, lavatories, handwashing stations, bar sinks, utility sinks, and under-sink hot water applications. These Instant-Flow SR models are non-thermostatic tankless units designed to heat water as it passes through the heater, making them a strong fit for single-fixture applications where fast hot water delivery is needed close to the point of use.

How to choose the right Chronomite 120V model

1. Start with the fixture flow rate: compare the faucet GPM with the heater activation and temperature-rise performance.
2. Calculate temperature rise: subtract incoming water temperature from desired outlet temperature to see how much heat the unit must add.
3. Confirm the electrical circuit: 120V does not always mean standard plug-in. Verify amperage, breaker size, and wire size for the exact model.
4. Install close to the sink: point-of-use heaters perform best when mounted near the fixture to reduce hot water travel distance.
5. Do not size by sink count alone: these are single-fixture point-of-use heaters, not whole-home water heaters.
