King Innovation AlumiConn connectors provide a secure way to join aluminum and copper conductors using a lug with individual ports and set screws. UL 486C listed, 300V rated, and designed for one conductor per port with torque specified installation for reliable results.

Quick install guide

1. Turn power off and follow local code. Strip 5/16 in and fully seat the conductor in its own port.
2. Tighten the set screw to the published torque for the conductor size and material (for example: 10 in-lb for #12 solid aluminum, 15 in-lb for #10 solid aluminum, and 15 in-lb for solid or stranded copper).
3. For aluminum branch-circuit repairs, use copper pigtails as required by your plan and enclosure space. Mark the box as needed.
