How to Pick the Right Bath Pump

Match the amp/HP rating, voltage (115V), and plumbing size (1-1/2" unions) from your old pump. Waterway notes that 5.5A ≈ 0.75 HP, 7.5A ≈ 1 HP, and 13A ≈ 1.5 HP — so even if your old label said “1 HP,” you can match it by amps. That makes replacements a lot less guessy.
