Quick choosing guide

1. Pick your pipe and tap: for poly laterals, use Fast Fittings to couple or branch; to add a sprinkler tap, use a Blazing Saddle with FPT outlet or swing-pipe barb (match to PVC or poly main).
2. Match sizes: verify pipe type and size (e.g., 1 in poly) and choose the fitting labeled for that diameter and material.
3. Pressure & performance: Blazing Fast Fittings are clampless push-to-connect designed for common irrigation pressures; Blazing Saddles are pressure-tested well above typical landscape use (see each spec sheet).
4. Threaded vs barb outlet: choose FPT outlets when you want a threaded riser or nipple; choose swing-pipe barb for flexible drop to the head.
5. Install basics: cut pipe square, deburr, push Fast Fittings to full depth; for Saddles, drill the listed hole size, seat the gasket, and torque per spec before threading the outlet.

Pro tips: For Fast Fittings, mark insertion depth and push fully to seat the seal; tug-test before backfill. For Saddles, drill only the specified hole size, keep chips out of the line, and tighten evenly. Pressure-test the zone before covering and use thread sealant on NPT threads (not on flare/barb seats).
