Turn off the zone before service. Use the appropriate pull-up and hold-up tools to lift and support the riser. Loosen the nozzle-retention screw until it clears the opening, press the replacement flush with the turret and engage the retainer as directed for the host.
To remove a nozzle, back out the retainer and use a flat-bladed screwdriver in the nozzle’s lower-right pry slot. Follow the procedure for the installed Falcon 6504 or 8005; their arc adjustments differ.
Measure pressure with the zone running and check the combined flow of all operating sprinklers. Use the chart for the actual host rather than treating a nozzle number as a fixed flow or radius.
