The Hunter NODE-BT-400 is a four-station, battery-powered irrigation controller with Bluetooth smartphone programming. It controls as many as four independent DC-latching valve solenoids in locations where AC power or a conventional controller wire path is unavailable. The controller is supplied without solenoids so the installer can select compatible components for the valves and piping already on site.
The waterproof unit can be mounted in a valve box, on a pipe, on a flat surface, or near compatible Hunter valves. Through the NODE-BT app, users can create schedules, review battery status, suspend irrigation, use Cycle and Soak, and operate stations manually while within Bluetooth range.

Compatibility and Installation Notes
Up to four compatible DC-latching solenoids are required and sold separately. Use the Hunter 458200 DC-latching solenoid with compatible Hunter plastic valves. Standard 24 VAC solenoids are not compatible. Use waterproof wire connections and verify battery, station, master-valve, and sensor wiring against the current Hunter instructions.
