Brand: Hunter Industries SKU: I20-04-SS
Product Overview
The Hunter I20-04-SS is the stainless-steel-riser version of the 4-inch I-20 gear-drive rotor. It combines a 4-inch pop-up height, 3/4-inch female NPT inlet, adjustable 50- to 360-degree arc, standard drain check valve, and stainless riser sleeve for added durability in areas exposed to frequent traffic or demanding site conditions. Part-circle and full-circle operation are built into the same rotor, reducing the need to stock separate models for different arc requirements.
The final radius and flow depend on the installed Hunter nozzle and operating pressure. Across the compatible I-20 nozzle range, Hunter publishes approximately 17 to 46 feet of radius and 0.36 to 14.8 GPM. Recommended pressure is 25 to 70 PSI, with an operating range of 20 to 100 PSI. Standard nozzles provide a 25-degree trajectory, while low-angle nozzles provide a 13-degree trajectory for sites where a lower stream is helpful.
FloStop allows the installer to stop flow through the individual rotor while the rest of the zone remains operating. Automatic arc return helps restore the set pattern after the turret is moved, and the non-strippable drive helps protect the internal gear mechanism. A standard check valve holds back up to 10 feet of elevation to help reduce low-head drainage.
