The K-Rain 6403 is a four-outlet 6000 Series distributing valve with a factory-installed three-zone cam. It advances hydraulically through three selected outlets each time the upstream water source shuts off and restarts, leaving the fourth physical outlet outside the operating sequence.
This heavy-duty indexing valve is designed for pump systems, high-flow city-water irrigation, and approved onsite wastewater or effluent applications. The valve combines a die-cast metal upper housing with a high-strength ABS polymer outlet body. It uses a 1½-inch female NPT inlet and four 1½-inch slip outlets and is rated for approximately 15 to 150 GPM at 25 to 150 PSI.
The water-operated design allows one controlled supply to serve three downstream zones without a separate electrical valve at each outlet. A built-in atmospheric vacuum breaker helps the valve drain and reset between cycles. Correct vertical installation, adequate flow, a complete off cycle, and reasonably balanced outlet demands are essential for dependable indexing. Additional system backflow protection may still be required by code.
