The K-Rain 74001 is a 4-inch K-Spray pop-up sprinkler body for residential and light-commercial turf, planted areas, and small landscape zones. It uses a female-threaded riser that accepts compatible male-threaded spray nozzles, allowing the nozzle pattern and radius to be selected separately for the site. The body ships with a protective flush cap rather than a watering nozzle.
The 4-inch pop-up height helps lift the nozzle above maintained turf during operation while keeping the retracted body near finished grade. UV-resistant resin, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel components, a stainless-steel retraction spring, and a heavy-duty wiper seal support reliable extension and retraction. The ratcheting riser can be turned after installation to align a fixed or adjustable spray pattern without rotating the buried body.
