Product Overview
The K-Rain 78006 is a 6-inch Pro-S professional pop-up spray body with side and bottom inlet access for turf edges, shrubs, groundcover, and planted areas that need additional nozzle clearance. Its male-threaded riser accepts compatible female-threaded fixed, adjustable, or rotary nozzles. A flush cap is installed for construction and line flushing; the watering nozzle is purchased separately.
The taller Pro-S body uses a rugged UV-resistant shell, co-molded cartridge-style wiper seal, heavy-duty retraction spring, and ratcheting riser. Current K-Rain dimensions list approximately 5½ inches of riser travel, a retracted body height of about 9⅜ inches, and a 1/2-inch female NPT inlet. The Pro-S family is rated for 20 to 110 PSI.
This base 78006 includes the standard side inlet but does not include pressure regulation, a check valve, Stop Flow, nozzle guard, or reclaimed-water identification. A no-side-inlet version uses the NSI suffix. Pressure-regulated 6-inch models are available in PR30 and PR40 configurations and may qualify for WaterSense when listed by K-Rain.
