The Smart Leak Detector is a standalone sensor that can be placed anywhere in a home to alert you when and where it detects moisture to help prevent water damage and loss. If the Smart Leak Detector senses the presence of water, extreme temperatures or high humidity, it will alert you in one or more ways, according to set preferences: Moen Smart Water App, text, phone call or email.

OPERATION

Can be used as a standalone detector or in conjunction with the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff (option in the mobile app to trigger automatic water shutoff to a home if the detector detects moisture and a smart water shutoff is installed on the home's main water line)
