Tough and resilient describes the Apollo Star’s design and function. A strong and powerful in-ground well light, the Apollo Star uses a FLEX GOLD Series PAR36 LED 40,000 hour lamp to cast an ample beam spread against any landscape element. The heavy duty brass grate gives it a commercial quality without compromising aesthetic design, while the Lens Retainer Clip holds designer lenses to create a variety of beam spreads with the use of just one lamp. The featured patented stainless steel gimbal ring holds the lamp in place while allowing vertical and horizontal adjustments within the ABS body. LAMP NOT INCLUDED.
Body:
Impact resistant resin housing is cut on a bias for easy installation. Patented gimble ring allows for lamp adjustability and aiming.
Materials:
Cast solid brass debris grate. Housing is high temp. impact resistant ABS composite. Stainless steel patented gimble ring.
Debris Guard:
Cast brass and comes with a factory sealed shock resistant high-strength glass lens to prevent water intrusion. Accepts up to one additional lens/hex cell accessory.
Lens:
Comes with a complete set of optical designer lenses including: spread lens, frosted, hex cell.
Lamp:
For use with FLEX GOLD Series PAR36 LED lamps, available in 5W, 7W and 13W, in both 2700K and 3000K color temperatures. Also suitable for use with halogen PAR36 lamp up to 35W.
Electrical Requirements:
A remote 12V transformer required, may be ordered separately from Unique Lighting Systems. Voltage range for 12V halogen lamps is 10.8V to 12V. Voltage range for FLEX GOLD Series LED PAR36 lamps is 10V-15V.
Lamp Connection:
PAR 36: Screw terminal.
Wiring:
