Installation:


  • Sizing - Size based on performance and not electrical infrastructure. Three key factors, incoming water temperature, water volume, and desired outlet temperature.
  • Electrical - All Eemax Tankless Water Heaters are designed to be hardwire to a dedicated circuit breaker and are not supplied with a cord and plug
  • Plumbing - Pre-heated or Cold water feed . This family of Eemax products has an external display with thermostatic control and is capable of reacting to changing temperatures while providing stable output.
  • Local Codes - Please check all applicable codes, national and local to ensure compliance both on the plumbing and electrical installation.
  • Mounting - The HomeAdvantage 18kW, 24kW, 27kW, and 36kW are to be mounted vertically with the water connections on the bottom. Inlet is on the right, outlet is on the left. This can not be reversed. The smaller HomeAdvantage 8kW, 11kW, and 13kW are to be mounted vertically with the water connections on the left and right. The inlet is on the right, outlet is on the left. This can not be reversed.
