PUMP START RELAY


For smaller systems that require a pump, Hydro-Rain offers a pump start relays for pumps up to 2 HP. Our pump start relay enclosures are constructed with a corrosion resistant, UV resistant, shockproof material. The rain-tight, secure, rustproof enclosure provides a safe and secure connection in a housing built to last.

  • Automatically activates pump when the controller activates a valve

  • Covered wiring compartment for extra protection

  • Wide-range AC-activated coil that handles 100-120VAC or 200- 240VAC at either 50 or 60 Hz
  • Conforms to UL, CSA, TUV and meets IEC950
  • Includes test button for relay circuit tests, such as circuit continuity tests.

NOTE:
  • Relay must be mounted with test button facing down.
  • Be careful not to touch the test button accidentally. Doing so may turn ON
    the contact.
  • Be sure to use the test button for test purposes only (with test-button
    models). The test button is used for Relay circuit tests, such as circuit
    continuity tests.
  • Do not attempt to switch the load with the test button.
