Installation & Maintenance Tips:

• Manifold Space: Due to its 2" size (approx. 8.8" height), ensure your valve box is deep enough to accommodate the height of the valve and the flow control handle.
• Manual Operation: For manual watering, turn the internal bleed lever under the solenoid 1/2 turn or use the external bleed screw to open the valve without discharging water outside.
• Thread Protection: Use only Teflon tape (3 wraps maximum) on the male threads. Avoid using liquid pipe dope, as it can react with the PVC body.
• Cleaning: If the valve fails to shut off, use the external bleed screw with its removable metering pin to clear small debris without disassembling the entire valve body.
