The Armada Technologies PRO220K pairs a PRO110 tone generator with a PRO210F filtered probe to identify and trace metallic conductors in irrigation, telecom, data, and low-voltage systems. The generator applies a 1 kHz analog tone through alligator clips or an RJ11 plug, and the probe detects that tone through insulation or within a wire bundle. This helps a technician map connections, identify cable ends, and select the intended conductor without relying only on wire color.
The probe's filtered mode reduces background AC interference in noisy cabinets and field locations, while an LED headlight improves visibility. Each unit uses four AA batteries and is rated for more than 250 hours of continuous use. The kit includes a padded case.
