Quick choosing guide

  1. Pick the pattern and radius: use full/half/quarter for beds, strip or center-strip along narrow planters and walks. Choose adjustable heads when plants vary in size.
  2. Set flow to soil and plant: lower GPH on clay, higher on sandy soils. Start around 6–12 GPH per spray and tune as needed.
  3. Control pressure: run micro sprays at about 15–30 PSI. Install a 25–30 PSI regulator and a 150–200 mesh filter at the zone start.
  4. Mounting height: place sprays on stakes/risers 6–12 in above the target for clear distribution without hitting hardscape.
  5. Match the connection: choose 10-32 threaded or 1/4 in barb to fit your stakes and tubing. Use a DIG-size punch so barbs seal cleanly.
  6. Layout & maintenance: feed 1/4 in laterals from a 1/2 in header, flush ends each season, and add on/off valves for sections or planters.

Pro tips: Group plants with similar water needs, keep sprays a few inches off walls to avoid staining, and use cycle-soak on slopes to prevent runoff. Stake lines every 3–5 ft, flush at startup, and winterize where it freezes.
